Thank you for your interest in the SCVS Fellows & Chief Residents Program. The Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery is offering an exciting program exclusively for clinical vascular fellows during the SCVS Annual Symposium on Saturday, March 29, 2025 as part of the SCVS Annual Symposium, which will be held March 29 – April 2, 2025 at the Austin Marriott Downtown in Austin, TX.. Please follow the steps below to be approved and registered for the program. As a reminder, in order to be eligible for this program you should currently be a Fellow PGY 6/7 OR for 0-5 Programs a PGY 4 or 5. If you are not in one of these programs you are not eligible.
Acceptance into the SCVS Fellows & Chief Residents Program includes complimentary meeting registration for the SCVS Annual Symposium, three (3) nights room/tax and resort fee at the host hotel, and airfare compensation up to 500 USD. Additional nights can be booked at the group rate. Please note that vouchers for reimbursement of your hotel stay and airfare will be provided following the conclusion of the Fellows & Chief Residents Program and therefore full participation is required. Stay tuned for the program details which will be available shortly.
NEW FOR 2025: For all affiliate programs, with acceptance and confirmation of your participation you will be required to RSVP by the provided deadline and provide proof of flight purchase to attend the SCVS Symposium affiliate program. You will have 2 weeks to provide proof of flight purchase, otherwise your acceptance to the affiliate program will be revoked.

Upon approval by the Program Chairs, you will be provided a discount code to register for the annual symposium by the SCVS Administrative Offices.
*Please note: Spouse registration and additional tickets will be at the cost of the attendee.
