All PowerPoint presentations should be formatted to a 16:9 format. To format your presentation in 16:9 format you will need to go into PowerPoint and select the "Design" tab and select the "Slide Size" drop down arrow and choose "Widescreen (16:9)" a width of 16 inches and a height of 9 inches. Session rooms will be equipped with LCD-Projection for PowerPoint presentations (or equivalent) from a single computer, which will be provided.
Please Note: Individual laptop computers will not be allowed at the podium and the Presenter View feature is not available. We recommend that if you need your Presenter View notes that you print them in advance.
ALL presentations must be turned into the Speaker Ready Room a minimum of two (2) hours prior to your scheduled talk, or the day prior if your talk is early in the morning, to be pre-loaded on the main computer. An audio/visual technician will be on-hand to assist you.
The Speaker Ready Area will be located in the, Grand Pre-Assembly Foyer, at the Boca Raton Hotel and open during the following hours:

Presenting Author Information
Oral Podium Presentation
The format for an Oral Podium Presentation is 7 minutes of presentation, followed by 5 minutes of discussion time, totaling 12 minutes for each paper.
Mini Podium Presentations
The format for Mini Podium Presentations is 3 minutes of presentation time followed by 2 minutes of discussion time, totaling 5 minutes for each paper.
How I do It Video Session
The format for the How I Do It Video Presentations is 5 minutes to present your video followed by 5 minutes of discussion time, totaling of 10 minutes for each video.
Video Presentation
The format for Video Presentations is 5 minutes to present your video followed by 2 minutes of discussion time, totaling of 7 minutes for each video.
Karmody & ePoster Upload Instruction
When formatting your poster, be sure to include: objectives, methods, results and conclusions. Please note: when creating you poster it should be a single power point slide with your poster content. Here are some of the specifications to help you design your ePoster for optimal readability.
- The large LCD screens will allow your ePoster to be viewed at a resolution of 1600x1900. If all detail is not readable at that resolution then the viewer will have the option to zoom in and scroll.
- A decent starting point within PowerPoint would be to go to the "Design" tab and select the "Slide Size" drop down arrow and choose "Widescreen (16:9)" a width of 16 inches and a height of 9 inches

- Before uploading rename the file to include your last name and eposter ID number
