This video demonstrates the endovascular management of a pancreatico-duodenal aneurysm with concomitant celiac trunk occlusion. Here we highlight the use of intraoperative cone-beam CT-angiography to better delineate the aneurysm morphology and support treatment planning. To achieve optimal results we performed coil embolization with additional flow diverter stent implantation. Post-intervention images demonstrated exclusion of the aneurysm with a preserved gastroduodenal artery. In the presence of celiac trunk occlusion, haemodynamic changes propagate the formation of pancreatico-duodenal aneurysm. These visceral aneurysms can be delineated using intraoperative cone-beam CT-angiography and treated with flow diverter stent implantation.
